The team at iprConsultant.com is highly professional and dedicated. Our staff comprises of lawyers and professionals who have experience in serving international clients. There are dedicated teams for looking after different areas of practice.

The team is headed by Rajeev Goswami, a multi-talented, experienced and qualified lawyer. He holds Chartered Secretary qualification from ICSA, UK. He also holds Law degree from Delhi University and Company Secretary qualification from ICSI, India. He is also a diploma holder in Intellectual Property laws from World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), Geneva.
He is member of Indian Council of Arbitration, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of UK, and Bar Council of Delhi.
He has been associated with prestigious companies like Motorola India Ltd, Dockendale Shipping Corporation Ltd (Bahamas), Nucleus Software Exports Ltd, HCL Technologies Ltd among a host of other companies. Prior to launching his own Firm, he was a Partner in a prominent Indian Law Firm. Currently, he is focussed only on providing cost-effective and quality oriented legal outsourcing services to US and European clients.
